Laura has worked in the staffing industry for more than 20 years.  Her extensive background includes recruiting for multiple industries, developing extensive client relationships, and managing / growing numerous branch locations.  As the founder of Laura Keating Staffing Services, Mrs. Keating's unique ability to identify talented professionals and unite them with client companies has aided her in developing the organization into a premier provider of staffing solutions for the staffing industry.

Ken Keating, CEBS - Chief Operating Officer

Ken has extensive background in both the staffing industry as well as corporate marketing, human resources and operations.   Over the last 20 years, he has held various corporate executive positions including Chief Marketing Officer and Regional Vice President.  Mr. Keating holds the premier CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) designation from the Wharton School of Business and the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans.  The CEBS designation is the industry's recognized certification in the areas of employee benefits, human resources, compensation management, and retirement planning.
